തേഞ്ഞിപ്പലം: അരക്കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ വയലിലെ വെള്ളമൊഴുക്കും കൃഷിയും തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തി നിര്‍മിക്കുന്നത് അഞ്ചാമത്തെ റോഡ്. ഇത്രയും ദൂരപരിധിയില്‍ പത്തിലേറെ അനധികൃത ചെങ്കല്‍ ക്വാറികളും മണ്ണ് ഖനനവും. പള്ളിക്കല്‍ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ പുത്തൂര്‍പള്ളിക്കല്‍ വയക്കാറത്തുപടി, കോലത്തുപറമ്പ്, കൊയപ്പത്തൊടി പ്രദേശങ്ങളാണ് റിയല്‍ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് ലോബിയും മണ്ണ്-ചെങ്കല്‍ മാഫിയകളും വീതം വെച്ചെടുത്തത്. പഞ്ചായത്ത്, റവന്യു അധികൃതര്‍ പ്രശ്നം കണ്ടില്ളെന്ന് നടിക്കുകയാണെന്ന ആരോപണം ശക്തമാണ്.
വര്‍ഷത്തില്‍ രണ്ട് വിളയിറക്കിയിരുന്ന പുത്തൂര്‍പള്ളിക്കല്‍ വയക്കാറത്തുപടിയില്‍ നിന്ന് തുടങ്ങുന്ന വയലിലാണ് നീരൊഴുക്ക് തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തി അഞ്ചാമത്തെ റോഡ് പണിയുന്നത്. റിയല്‍ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് സംഘങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുറിച്ച് വില്‍ക്കാന്‍ പാകത്തിലുള്ള സ്ഥലത്തേക്കാണ് അനുമതി കൂടാതെ ചെങ്കല്‍ പാകി പുതിയ റോഡ് പണിയുന്നത്.
നേരത്തെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് പണിത വയക്കാറത്ത്പടി-കോഴിശ്ശീരിമാട് റോഡാണ് വയലിന് കുറുകെയുള്ള ആദ്യറോഡ്. മറ്റൊന്ന് ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഫണ്ട് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പണിതതാണ്. ഇത് തോടിന് സമാന്തരമായി നിര്‍മിക്കാനായിരുന്നു പ്ളാനെങ്കിലും ഇത് അട്ടിമറിച്ച് സ്വകാര്യ വ്യക്തികള്‍ക്ക് സൗകര്യപ്രദമാവുംവിധം വയലിന് കുറുകെയാക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. നീരൊഴുക്ക് തടസ്സപ്പെട്ടതോടെ പ്രതിഷേധം ഉയരുകയും പിന്നീട് റോഡിനടിയിലൂടെ പൈപ്പ് സ്ഥാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. പിന്നീട് രണ്ട് സ്വകാര്യ വ്യക്തികള്‍ ഇതേ വയലിലൂടെ തന്നെ വീട്ടിലേക്ക് റോഡുണ്ടാക്കി. അഞ്ചാമത്തെ റോഡ് നിര്‍മാണം വിവാദമായതോടെ പള്ളിക്കല്‍ വില്ളേജ് ഓഫിസര്‍ പണി നിര്‍ത്തിവെക്കാന്‍ നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചെങ്കിലും വയലില്‍ പാകിയ കല്ലുകള്‍ നീക്കം ചെയ്യാന്‍ നടപടിയായിട്ടില്ല. ബാക്കി ജോലികള്‍ക്കായി ഇവിടെ ലോഡ് കണക്കിന് ചെങ്കല്‍ ഇറക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. വെള്ളമൊഴുക്ക് തടസ്സപ്പെട്ടതോടെ മേഖലയില്‍ നെല്‍കൃഷി ഏറെക്കുറെ നിലച്ച മട്ടാണ്. പഞ്ചായത്തിന്‍െറ ഒത്താശയോടെയാണ് അനധികൃത നിര്‍മാണ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ നടക്കുന്നത്. ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് ഒരു കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ ദൂരത്തില്‍ തന്നെ കൃഷിഭവന്‍ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും നടപടിക്ക് അവരും മടിക്കുകയാണ്.
തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രദേശങ്ങളായ കൊയപ്പത്തൊടിയിലും കോലത്തുപറമ്പിലുമാണ് അനധികൃത ചെങ്കല്‍ ഖനനവും മണ്ണ് ഖനനവും നടക്കുന്നത്. കൊയപ്പത്തൊടി മാട്ടിലെ കുന്ന് ഏറെക്കുറെ അപ്രത്യക്ഷമായി. ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് ലോഡ് മണ്ണും കല്ലുമാണ് ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് മാസങ്ങള്‍ക്കിടെ മണ്ണ് മാഫിയ കടത്തിയത്. ലോറികളുടെ ഇടതടവില്ലാത്ത പാച്ചിലില്‍ പുത്തൂര്‍പള്ളിക്കല്‍ ഹൈസ്കൂള്‍ -കോലാട്ട് അരു റോഡ് തകര്‍ച്ചയിലാണ്. മണ്ണില്‍ കുളിച്ച റോഡിലൂടെ കാല്‍നടയാത്ര പോലും ദുഷ്കരമാണ്. കുന്നിടിച്ചതോടെ പ്രദേശത്ത് കഴിഞ്ഞ വേനലില്‍ രൂക്ഷമായ കുടിവെള്ളക്ഷാമം അനുഭവപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. അനധികൃത റോഡുകള്‍ പൊളിച്ചു മാറ്റണമെന്നും ചെങ്കല്‍ ഖനനവും കുന്നിടിക്കലും തടയണമെന്നും ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ജില്ലാ കലക്ടര്‍ക്ക് ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ പരാതി നല്‍കാന്‍ ഒരുങ്ങുകയാണ് നാട്ടുകാര്‍.
